Welcome to Purple, a personal budgeting and finance app. By using this app, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
1. Right to Discontinue
I reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Purple app at any time, with or without notice. This includes removing features, shutting down the service, or ending support.
2. No Obligation to Fix Issues
While I aim to provide a stable and useful product, I am under no obligation to fix bugs, address feature requests, or maintain any specific level of service or support.
3. No Warranty
Purple is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes but is not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, or availability.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from the use of this app, including but not limited to financial losses or loss of data.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use Purple for any unlawful or harmful activity. You are responsible for the security of your device. You also agree not to reverse engineer or tamper with the app.
6. Data and Privacy
Purple may collect limited data to help improve the app, such as crash reports or anonymous usage analytics. Please review the Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
7. Third-Party Services
Purple may rely on third-party services (e.g., for syncing, backups, or authentication). You agree to also be bound by their respective terms and policies.
